A good invoice flow is crucial for a company that receives around 180.000 invoices each month, all year round.

Solution

In OpusCapita´s scanning service paper invoices are sent to a specified invoice address where essential information is optically read and checked. The images and interpreted data are delivered in the agreed format. Together with OpusCapita, NorgesGruppen has developed a solution that reduces errors during scanning to identify the name of the department, which uses a table to find the correct GLN for the company.
